13.56 MHz M1-mini Development Kit w/1 M1 Module and 3 M1-mini Modules

Toronto, Canada – GAO Embedded (www.GAOEmbedded.com) has announced the release of this 13.56 MHz M1-mini Development Kit w/1 M1 module and 3 M1 Mini which is a multi-protocol technology kit that is compatible with most 13.56 MHz tag types including ISO 15693 and ISO 14443 air interface protocols. It is an ideal solution for secure embeddable HF reader applications. The development kit is widely used in such applications as patron management and product authentication.

The development kit, model 723001, contains a 13.56 MHz M1 module and 3 M1-mini modules, an EA1 External antenna, a DB9 connector, a power adapter, sample tags, demo software and software libraries. It provides a high level of security by using the best-in-class cryptography standards. This HF development kit is also intended for contactless financial transactions and encrypted authentication across a range of vertical markets. The development kit’s RFID readers use an RS232 or USB interface for data exchange.

This development kit belongs to GAO’s family of RFID Embedded Modules. Other models in the family include an embedded UHF Reader module,  a mag-stripe replacement RFID reader and a high frequency RFID reader module chip. GAO group offers full line of low frequency (LF); high frequency (HF) and ultra high frequency (UHF) embedded RFID reader modules. The line of products offers customers investment protection through flexible, forward-compatible platforms that will accept future tag protocols, security features, and customized enhancements.
