JTAG Scan Path TI DSP Emulator Pod
JTAG Scan Path TI DSP Emulator Pod
Toronto, Canada - GAO Embedded (www.GAOEmbedded.com) has announced the release of its JTAG scan path TI DSP emulator pod for debugging DSP hardware and software and for flash programming.
This DSP emulator pod, model XDS510PP, performs bi-directional, ECP, and EPP transfers. It features hardware detection in the event of power failure or cable disconnection.
It is used with a variety of TI DSPs and microcontrollers with JTAG interfaces and is also compatible with Code Composer Studio from TI, "SDFlash" programming utility from spectrum digital and other programming utilities developed by TI,
Operating through the parallel port of a host computer, it requires no internal adapter. It is also compatible with SPI110 Opto Pod and 4 Channel JTAG Expander. This DSP emulator pod runs under the Windows OS from 98 to XP. And it can be powered by either the target board or included adapter.
This JTAG scan path TI DSP emulator pod belongs to GAO’s family of TI DSP Emulators & Debuggers. This line also includes XDS510 USB 2.0 Enhanced TI DSP Emulator which is equipped with a standard high-speed USB 2.0 interface and JTAG emulation interface that saves computer resources, XDS560 USB-PLUS Emulator which uses external phase-locked loop (PLL) and is designed for C2000, C5000 and C6000 chips, OMAP, DaVinci, ARM7 or ARM9, and XDS510 USB Plus JTAG Emulator which is a DSP development tool (DSP emulator) that uses XDS560 JTAG technology to greatly improve its stability and anti-interference capabilities.
